Grace Period & Late Fees:

• Grace Period: We offer a two-day grace period. Rent is due on the 1st and must be received by the 3rd to avoid late fees.
• When Rent is Late: Rent is officially considered late on the 4th day of the month.
• Late Fee Structure: The initial late fee is $50 or 5% of your monthly rent (whichever is greater).
• Daily Accrual: An additional $10 fee is assessed for each subsequent day the balance remains unpaid.
